FOR HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
USA: My preferred method of shipping is by USPS First Class Mail. I am usually able to send orders out within 5-7 days after the payment has cleared. Shipping costs depends on each item. Each Product comes in a jewelry box or draw string bag.
INTERNATIONAL: Shipping to Canada is via USPS First Class mail. Shipping to everywhere else is USPS First Class mail.

FOR ANY OTHER PRODUCTS:
All items are shipped BRAND NEW in box. Most items are shipped double boxed and insulated with eco-friendly packing peanuts to protect your purchase. Other non-fragile items, not prone to damage, will ship in a single box.
Items are typically shipped through UPS ground. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) upon receipt of cleared payment. However, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery of your items from date payment is made due to UPS transit time. Sorry, we do not control the speed at which UPS delivers merchandise. Once your item is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. This particular item is not available for local pickup as it ships directly to you from the Warehouse.
IMPORTANT! At this time, we do not accept orders sent to PO Boxes, FPO or APO addresses. Orders can only be shipped to a physical street address within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time.

If there is any reason you dont love it, please contact me before hand and explain the reason so we can decide for a return/exchange within 7 days of receipt, minus shipping charges please.
